Master Classes With Gal Nyska

Gal Nyska visited Conners Emerson on Friday, January 26, 2007! Click on Slideshows link at left to view his visit. He offered master classes for our string musicians in grades 3-4. Our students performed Twinkle, Twinkle Little Rock Star and March of the Gnomes for him. Gal performed several pieces by Bach and other compositions of varying styles on an Amati cello made in 1642 on loan from Juilliard where he is in his senior year. His visit to our school was made possible by the outreach program of the Bangor Symphony Orchestra.
