All String musicians in grades 3-12 converged for a day of making music and friends at the 7th Annual MDIRSS String Festival on May 29, 2014.
Strings students, totaling 156, from Conners Emerson, Trenton, Tremont, Pemetic, Mount Desert Elementary School, and MDI HS participated.
The sound of 156 humming strings (x 4) was incredible!
